There will be a HAM Radio Course held at GPC. This one day course will give you the opportunity to get your Amateur Radio License and develop the skills and knowledge you will need. Feel free to invite your neighbors or others who might find this interesting. We have plenty of space!
- Course is free!
- If you want to get your license, the fee is $15.00 to take the test. (Additionally, the FCC charges a $35 license fee)
- There will be a .PDF/eBook study guide available for free or you can buy a paper copy for $12.00
- We will send another email to all those who have registered with the link to the free eBook and other details in mid-October.
- Schedule:
- 8:30a-12:00p: Class
- 12L00p: Lunch on your own
- 1:00-4:4:30p: Class
- 5:00p: Take the test!
